Your proprietor Wendy, offers you a warm welcome to Prospect House Bed and Breakfast. There is plenty of free parking available which is a rareity in Whitby. Prospect House is only a short walk to the town centre and is near to bus routes and the train station.

The cinderpath cycle track to Robin Hoods Bay and on to Scarborough is fifty yards from my front door and is ideally situated for both walkers and cyclists. I also have storage for cycles.

There is a choice of modern tastefully decorated rooms which are kept to a high standard of cleanliness along with all amenaties and comfortable seating areas to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one.

 You can be assured of a full hearty Yorkshire English breakfast to set you up for the day which is included in the price. There are lighter options available and vegetarians are catered for. There is also a selection of fruit, cereals, yoghurt,fruit juice and teas & coffees.
